we bought a falling antebellum mansion. Once Confederate Encampment in Millbrook, Alabama. With love, dedication, care and planning we picked the property up and changed it into a Palladian Villa.

We reopened the old well and drink the natural spring water that flows 100 feet under the property. The water has the taste of nature, fresh nurishing, full of minerals.
It took us 34 years to accomplish what we wanted. But we did not realize that our ages were advancing and our strength was diminishing.

We built out nest but now is time to migrate to a warmer, cosier, smaller nest and give out tired bones and mind a rest.

Will we be able to rest if we migrate? I don't know for we are builders and I am sure mother nature will inspire us again to keep building and accomplishing.
We want to keep learning and exploring. Trying, failing and succeding. I think as long as you try you learn, even though you fail. the real failure is put the brain in idle and be afraid of trying.
